Questions
›Which plan is cheaper for us?
If you book five or more clinical shifts a month, the monthly plan costs less. Below that, paying per shift is cheaper. A reception shift costs R99 without a subscription.
›Does short notice cost more?
No. A shift costs the same whether you book it a month ahead or an hour ahead.
›When does the monthly fee start?
On the 1st of the month after you join. Until then you only pay the R10 admin fee on each completed shift.
›What if a shift is cancelled?
Shift fees are only charged once a shift is completed, so a cancelled shift costs nothing.
›How do we pay LocumNow?
We send one invoice a month. You can see it build up as shifts are completed, and it is emailed to you on the 1st.
›How do we pay the locums?
You pay each locum directly, the way you do now. LocumNow writes their invoice from the hours you approve and shows you what you owe each of them.
›Do locums pay anything?
No. Locums use LocumNow free and keep the full rate they agree with you.
›What if we have more than one branch?
The monthly plan is per location, so each branch with its own address has its own plan.
